  • If an ad is flagged or removed by a third-party platform for non-compliance, Pyyrah is not responsible for the ad’s performance or any associated losses.

5. Performance, Reporting, and Liability

5.1 Ad Performance

  • Pyyrah does not guarantee specific performance metrics, such as clicks, impressions, engagement, or conversions.
  • Advertisers may request performance reports at the end of the campaign, where applicable.

5.2 Platform Limitations

  • If a social media platform (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) experiences downtime, algorithm changes, or content restrictions, Pyyrah is not responsible for any impact on ad delivery or results.

5.3 Limitation of Liability

  • Pyyrah is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial losses related to ad performance, delays, or unforeseen platform issues.
  • The Advertiser assumes full responsibility for any legal claims arising from their advertisement content.

6. Termination and Suspension

6.1 Breach of Terms

  • Pyyrah reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate an Advertiser’s campaign if:
    • The Advertiser fails to make payment within the agreed timeframe.
    • The advertisement is found to violate laws, platform guidelines, or ethical standards.
    • The Advertiser provides misleading or false claims about their products/services.

6.2 Force Majeure

  • Pyyrah is not responsible for delays, failures, or ad disruptions due to events beyond its control, including technical failures, social media policy changes, natural disasters, or government regulations.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1 Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK law.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
