No Harassment or Discrimination
At Pyyrah, we are committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment. Everyone involved in Pyyrah projects must be treated with dignity and respect. All work conducted for Pyyrah must be carried out free from any form of discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior.
Unacceptable conduct includes, but is not limited to, discrimination or harassment based on an individual’s:
- Sex, gender identity, or expression
- Race, ethnicity, or national origin
- Color, weight, body shape, or size
- Religion or belief system
- Marital or domestic partnership status
- Age or disability
- Sexual orientation
Such behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
We also expect all partners, vendors, and collaborators working with Pyyrah to maintain and enforce clear equal-opportunity and anti-harassment policies. Pyyrah reserves the right to request copies of these policies at any time.
Shoot Guidelines
All photo and video shoots conducted for Pyyrah must adhere to the following standards, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all participants:
1. Professional Environment
- Respectful and professional behavior is mandatory at all times.
- Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate conduct toward anyone on set is strictly prohibited.
2. Participants’ Wellbeing
- Age Requirements: All models must be at least 18 years old. For individuals under 18 appearing as themselves in profiles or news reports, a chaperone must be provided by the agency, ensuring compliance with child labor laws.
- Substance-Free Set: Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs (including unauthorized prescription drugs) during the shoot. Consumption or possession of such substances is strictly prohibited on set.
3. Clear Communication
- Pre-Shoot Briefing: A detailed brief describing any nudity, sheer clothing, lingerie, swimwear, use of animals, simulated drug or alcohol use, or sexually suggestive poses must be provided to all participants in advance. Written consent must be obtained from the subject prior to the shoot.
- Advance Notification: All attendees must be informed of planned nudity in writing before the shoot.
4. Dressing and Comfort
- Private Dressing Areas: Private dressing spaces must be provided for all participants.
- Appropriate Undergarments: For sheer clothing, suitable undergarments must be supplied unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the subject.
- Consent and Comfort: Any concerns regarding skin exposure must be respected, and no participant will be pressured to expose more than they feel comfortable with.
5. Safe and Respectful Interactions
- Models should not be left alone with photographers, makeup artists, or other contributors without consent.
- Photographers and videographers may only capture individuals engaged through Pyyrah as per the creative direction provided by Pyyrah.
Unacceptable Conduct on Shoots
All participants are expected to behave professionally and refrain from harassment or inappropriate behavior, including:
- Sexual advances, propositions, or any type of sexual activity.
- Implied or direct suggestions that submission to or rejection of sexual advances will affect an individual’s work or participation in a project.
- Display of obscene or pornographic materials.
- Offensive comments or actions regarding a person’s sex, race, color, weight, body shape, size, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
- Physical threats or assaults of any kind.
Raising Concerns
Anyone with concerns about behavior or conduct during a shoot can contact the designated Pyyrah representative listed on the call sheet provided for the project. The call sheet will be distributed before the shoot and/or posted on set for easy reference.
