- Contact Authorities if Necessary: For serious threats, harassment, or illegal activities, report the matter to your local authorities.
b. Copyright Complaints
If you believe your copyrighted material has been infringed upon:
- Submit a Complaint: Provide details as outlined in the Copyright Complaints section of this agreement.
- Provide Evidence: Include proof of ownership and details of the alleged infringement.
c. Reporting Cybercrime
If you suspect you are a victim of cybercrime (e.g., identity theft, fraud, or hacking):
- Report the incident to the appropriate authorities, such as the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).
d. Submitting a Complaint to Pyyrah
For complaints not covered above:
- Use the reporting tools available on the platform.
- Submit your complaint to engage@pyyrah.com with the following details:
- A description of the issue.
- The username or profile of the user in question.
- Screenshots or evidence to support your claim.
3. False or Misleading Complaints
Submitting false or inaccurate complaints is a violation of this agreement and may lead to:
- Suspension or termination of your account.
- Legal action for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
By adhering to these guidelines, you help maintain a respectful and secure environment for all Pyyrah users.
III. Registration and Account/Profile Creation
At Pyyrah, we aim to provide a personalized and secure experience for our users. This section outlines the terms governing the creation and management of your account/profile. By registering, you agree to comply with the following conditions:
1. Registration Information
When creating an account/profile:
- Accuracy: You must provide true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
- Prohibited Activities: You may not impersonate someone else, use false details, or create multiple accounts without prior approval.
- Updating Information: If your details change, you must update them promptly through the platform or by contacting engage@pyyrah.com.
- Responsibility for Errors: Pyyrah is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate or outdated information you provide.
2. Account/Profile Credentials
- Unique Identifier: You may be required to create a username and password to access your account.
- Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account details.
- Unauthorized Access: You must not share your credentials or allow others to access your account. Pyyrah is not liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
3. Account/Profile Security
- Notification of Breach: If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately at engage@pyyrah.com.
- Preventative Measures: Change your password and take additional security steps as directed.
4. Prohibited Account/Profile Actions
You may not:
- Transfer Accounts: Sell, lease, or transfer your account to any other person or entity.
- Misuse Features: Use your account to exploit platform features in a way that violates these terms.
5. Account/Profile Termination
- Our Right to Terminate: Pyyrah reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of this agreement, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion.

- Remove content from the platform even after it has been deleted by the user, as copies may persist in backup systems or archives.

1. Product Availability and Representation
- Products and services offered by Pyyrah (the “Products”) are available through our platform and may include, but are not limited to, digital downloads, subscriptions, physical goods, workshops, and online resources.
- Visuals, descriptions, and specifications of Products displayed on Pyyrah are for illustrative purposes only. Actual appearance, functionality, or features may vary.
- Availability of Products is subject to change without notice, and Pyyrah reserves the right to modify or discontinue any Product at its discretion.
2. Orders, Prices, and Quantities
- Orders: Placing an order for a Product does not guarantee acceptance. Pyyrah reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time, even after confirmation or payment.
